Global Referral Program

Did you know that T R G will pay for referrals who are hired? If so, why not refer them for a role today?

We are currently accepting referrals* for:

  • Recruitment Consultants at all levels (TRC+)
  • Recruitment Managers and above
  • Revols † (learn more)

Program details for recruitment consultants and above

  • You must personally know the referral prior to submission
  • You can submit up to 3 referrals per month to your Local Talent Acquisition Team
  • When your referral starts you will be paid £/$/€ 250 (or local USD equivalent)
  • When your referral completes 3 deals** you will be paid £/$/€ 750 (or local USD equivalent)
  • Payments will only be made to current employees
  • All referrals are valid for 6 months from date of submission
  • Final decisions on eligibility of referral will be made by the Global Head of Talent Acquisition

Program details for Revols

  • Only applicable to Hire Train Deploy Revols
  • You must personally know the referral prior to submission
  • You can submit up to 3 referrals per month to your Local Talent Acquisition Team
  • When your referral starts and commences training, you will be paid £/$/€ 250 (or local USD equivalent)
  • When your referral completes 3 successful months of deployment on-site with a client, you will be paid £/$/€ 750 (or local USD equivalent)
  • Payments will only be made to current employees
  • All referrals are valid for 6 months from date of submission
  • Final decisions on eligibility of referral will be made by the Global Head of Talent Acquisition
